T-shirts: Our return policy for misprinted/damaged/defective t-shirts is 30 days after the product was delivered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part or the part of our printer are covered at our expense. All items are custom printed at time of purchase so we can not accept returns for buyers' remorse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All other items: Unfortunately our supplier for all other items does not accept returns or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, flags, jewelry, and collectibles. We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
To return your product, first contact us at email@example.com. If your product is eligible, please mail your product to the return address listed on the original package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
